There are two fundraisers a year that reduce the cost of tuition:  the Bowl-a-Thon in the fall and the Baked Potato Dinner on President's Day.  Everyone must participate in these fundraisers.

$150 Preschool and Kindergarten if paid after July 25th
 
$240 1st  - 12th Grade if paid by July 25th
 
$270 1st - 12th Grade if paid after July 25th

(Registration covers curriculum, student insurance, membership fees, and testing fees.)

  • Sports Fee: $30/Sport
  • Hot Lunch: $2.10 per day (free /reduced meals available)
  • Breakfast: $1.55 per day (free /reduced meals available)

Payment Plans:

1.    Full payment
2.    Advanced payments
3.    Ten monthly payments due the 5th of each month, starting in September and continuing through June.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, a late fee of $25 will be assessed at the end of the month for any late payments. If tuition payment has not been made by the following month, the student/s may be suspended until the bill is paid in full.

Graduation: Students who anticipate completion of their school program before the end of the school year must still pay the full tuition fee. Diplomas will not be given until all school property is returned and the account paid in full.

Refunds: Registration is non-refundable unless admission is denied. If a student moves or transfers during the school year, the tuition will be pro-rated to calculate the percentage of the school-year used.  If tuition has been paid in advance for the year or semester, a refund will be given after pro-rating.  If payments were made on the 10-month plan, an amount will still be owed after pro-rating.  A withdrawal fee of $35 will also be charged.

Transcripts: Transcripts and school records will be released only after all accounts have been paid off at RLCS. The admitting school requests these directly. We request 2 days notification before a transcript is needed.
